Memory
Clients use whatever memory they have. When a page doesn’t fit, the client shows what fits and tells the reader that the page was cut.
What every client must handle

Never crash
Clients may refuse or cut anything larger than their limits, such as long lines, long link texts or forms above the minimums. They must never crash or hang, whatever the input.
