Absolute addresses

• http://host/path or http://host:port/path.
• https://..., through an HTTPS proxy.
• A client may accept a bare host/path typed by the reader, as http://host/path.

Resolved against the current page:

Rules

• A bare host or a path ending in / loads index.8tml from there.
• Addresses keep their case; clients send them exactly as written.
• Links with a scheme other than http or https are shown but can’t be followed.
